Coverage kicks in from your install date. If a seam pops, a swivel sticks, or an anchor plate shows premature wear within those 24 months, email support@skyfoxswings.com and the team will repair, replace, or upgrade the affected component so you can get back to weightless play fast.
Coverage Snapshot
- Eligible products: SkyFox swing bodies, straps, spreader bars, swivels, anchors, and stands purchased new from SkyFox or authorized partners.
- Duration: 2 years from install date (documented via invoice or install log).
- Remedies: Replacement parts, professional repair, or credit toward an equivalent product—SkyFox decides the best fix for safety and comfort.
- Transferability: Coverage follows the original purchaser; resale handoffs require a fresh safety inspection and written transfer confirmation from SkyFox.

- Stitching failures, fabric delamination, or foam compression that happens under normal, load-rated use.
- Hardware issues such as sticky swivels, misaligned carabiners, or anchor hardware that degrades unexpectedly.
- Cosmetic faults present on arrival (scuffs, dye variances) reported within 14 calendar days.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from exceeding load ratings, ceiling failures, or third-party rigging.
- Modifications using non-SkyFox hardware or DIY accessories.
- Wear from improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, or storing the swing damp.
- Normal aesthetic aging (color fade, minor pile change) after sustained use.
Register Your Warranty
Send a “Warranty Activation” email within 14 days of install that includes: order number, install date, anchor map or technician invoice, swing model/SKU, and photos of the installed setup. SkyFox confirms activation so future claims move quickly.
How to File a Claim
- Subject line: Warranty Claim – [Issue] – SFX#[OrderNumber].
- Body: contact info, install date, concise issue summary, and confirm the swing is currently offline if safety is in question.
- Attachments: high-resolution photos/video, copy of your warranty activation email, and any inspection notes.
- Availability: offer two or three time slots for a live video walkthrough if the team needs a closer look.
- Response timeline: acknowledgement within 2 business hours (10 a.m.–10 p.m. ET window), action plan inside 24 business hours, with parts shipping or service scheduling in 3–5 business days.

- Stick to SkyFox’s cleaning guide—pH-neutral detergents, air drying, and no abrasive solvents.
- Log quarterly inspections noting hardware condition and any adjustments.
- Store documents: invoices, activation confirmation, maintenance notes, and technician reports.
